Information at your fingertips
OnlineCockpit is a monitoring tool that supplements the other modules by allowing you to monitor the real-time data. It automatically compares the calculated requirement to the actual daily values and the weekly trend, enabling you to control the WFM process and make adjustments to the schedule.
This module completes the scheduling cycle; new requirement curves are generated which, in combination with the constant reading of the monitoring data, allow the best possible use of personnel and maximum scheduling efficiency.
