The basic training programme covers all the essential functions of InVision Enterprise WFM.
Training objective
Once you have completed the training, you will be able to use the InVision Enterprise WFM proficiently to schedule staff.
Content
We shall start by introducing the general approach of the InVision Enterprise WFM. In addition, you will learn what basic conditions have to be met to guarantee successful scheduling later on. Apart from a theoretical presentation, a hands-on scheduling process will take us through these software components:

- Administration; defining master data

Setup of InVision Enterprise WFM
(managing users, configuring scheduling rules, connecting external systems)

- Discussion of basic steps required to perform a forecast
- Forecasting scenario: calculation of employee requirement
SchedulePro
- How to determine the current demand for shifts and how to generate them
- How to define planning periods
- How to assign shifts via the “Lottery” and “Assignment” features; schedule optimisation
- Shift Center: how to successfully handle the day-to-day management
Infothek Interactive Schedule
- General functions of the Infothek; distribution of employee schedules
- Management of shift requests and trade requests
- How to schedule days off and other absences
OnlineCockpit
- Comparison of forecasted and actual values; evaluation of scheduling results
- How to make the most of monitoring by meeting current demands
Reports
- How to select the right parameters to generate your report
Target Audience
The basic training is designed to suit the needs of anybody who has just begun using the InVision Enterprise WFM.
Prerequisites
No specialised previous knowledge or experience is required to take part.
