Executive Board & Management Team

Peter Bollenbeck (CEO)

Peter Bollenbeck

Peter Bollenbeck is one of InVision Software’s three founders. As Chief Executive of InVision Software AG, he is responsible for Strategy and Product Development, strategic technology research within the company, as well as for the Group’s operations.

From early on in his career, he has had a passion for workforce management and has gained over 20 years’ experience in this area. In 1995 he set up the company with Co-Founders Matthias Schroer and Armand Zohari. His product vision and strength of innovation have made InVision Software one of the world’s leading suppliers of company-wide workforce management solutions.

Armand Zohari (Executive VP Global Sales)

Armand Zohari is another company’s founding member as well as a board member for InVision Software AG since July 2011. In his role as EVP Global Sales, Armand heads up InVision Software’s marketing activities worldwide.

Armand has worked in IT and on developing and marketing workforce management solutions for over 22 years. He and his team represent InVision Software in over 12 countries and coordinate the global partnership.

Supervisory Board

Dr. Thomas Hermes (Chair of Supervisory Board)

Thomas Hermes holds a doctorate degree from law school and works as an attorney and notary. He is partner in the law firm Holthoff-Pförtner, based in Essen and Berlin, where he specializes in private law with a particular focus on corporate law.

Since 2002, Thomas Hermes has held the office of chair of the InVision AG supervisory board.

Dr. Christof Nesemeier (Member of Supervisory Board)

Christof Nesemeier has been the managing director of MBB Capital GmbH since 1997. MBB Capital is a holding company that focuses on the acquisition and subsequent development of medium-sized companies in Germany. Nesemeier is mainly concerned with strategic re-orientation of the affiliated companies, relationships to the various interest groups, and optimization of the cash and cost management.

Nesemeier has obtained an MBA from the University of Münster, where he focused on corporate financing and marketing. Subsequently he obtained a Ph.D. from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland, with a thesis on the subject of International Benchmarking.

Until 1997, he worked for Bossard Consultants GmbH as a management consultant, directing an international company sector and contributing to management. Among other areas, he was responsible for several restructuring projects concerning companies with a staff of up to 30,000.
Since August 2004, Christof Nesemeier has been a member of the InVision supervisory board.

Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Mülder (Member of Supervisory Board)

Since 1991, Wilhelm Mülder has been a professor of commercial IT at the Niederrhein University, department of economics. His research and tuition focus is on computer-aided human resources work, selection of standard application software, electronic business and computer-integrated marketing.

Previously, Mülder held positions with two software companies, where he was concerned with development and consultation regarding standard application software for business administration, especially for human resources and corporate data compilation. Most recently, he became the head of the development and consultation department “Systems for Human Resources”, which has a staff of 18.

Mülder is a chair of the panel "Information Technology in Human Resources" within the Bonn-based IT society "Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI)". Many of his papers on computer-aided human resources work have been published. Prof. Dr. Mülder has been a member of the InVison supervisory board since 2002.
