Reseller Partner Program
The reseller program is aimed at local or regional value added resellers, system integrators or system houses having the desire to leverage the market presence of InVision Software across their geographic region.
Partners possessing product and/or software skills e.g. with ACD systems, quality monitoring, CRM or ERP and having the ability to execute IT projects with an industry specific focus e.g. in contact centers or retail; makes this a most valuable member in our partner network. InVision has defined a two tier Reseller Program:
- Authorized Reseller: Resells the InVision software on a national or regional level, having an in depth product knowhow, obtained during extensive sales- and product trainings. The aim is to become a “Certified Reseller”.
- Certified Reseller: Partners offering tailor made solutions to their customers, complementary to the InVision application. Revenue is generated primarily from reselling, consultation and integration services. In addition to the “Authorized Reseller”, the “Certified Reseller” has successfully participated in a stringent product certification process, being verified in regular intervals.
