InVision customers met at the 11th user conference in order to network with other users, learn about forthcoming product developments and discover how to get the best out of their InVision installation. The conference takes place over two days and includes a number of informative presentations and workshops.

It’s the first time all InVision users worldwide came together for the first international user conference in Essen. Participants from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Sweden, France and The Netherlands participated. Besides new products and workshops, the program also includes training sessions provided by The Call Center School , and interesting contributions from guest speakers and InVision partners . The focus at all times is a dynamic interaction between the users and our staff.

The next user conference will take place on the 6th and 7th of November 2012, in the Van der Valk Airporthotel in Düsseldorf (Germany).
