The prize value is £400 and includes an non-stop return economy flight for two from any major UK airport to Rome as well as accommodation for two in a double or twin bedroom of a 3 star hotel. No cash alternative is offered. The winner will be informed in writing, either by mail or email, by 4th October 2007.
The winner has the right to state a preferred departure airport and travel dates, which are in any case limited to two nights of accommodation. The realisation of the travellers’ preference is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of flights and hotel rooms in the stated categories and to the given prize value. In case of unavailability, there is no right to claim for a hotel or flight in higher categories on the same dates. The option to choose from different travelling organisations also depends on availability.
InVision Software Ltd. is neither a contractual partner of the traveller nor a travel agent. In the event of winning, the winner and the travel organisation and/or airline will exclusively become contractual partners. Claims for legal recourse or damages cannot be enforced against InVision Software Ltd.
