You will learn how to enter relevant master data and scheduling parameters into the iWFM in such a way as to meet your business needs. Apart from a theoretical presentation, a hands-on scheduling process will take us through the following modules:

- Defining and managing the week time patterns and work time pattern models necessary for the AutoScheduler module
- Creating consistent contract parameters
- How to tailor the scheduling rules and the settings to the AutoScheduler’s automated scheduling process
ForecastPro
- How to produce a forecast
- How to calculate a requirement
AutoScheduler
- How to handle the AutoScheduler’s functions
- How to schedule while taking into account the current staff demand
- Evaluation and optimisation of the scheduling results
- How to schedule multi-activities; technological background
Reports
- How to select and evaluate scheduling reports

Prerequisites
In order to participate, you must have completed the InVision basic training. You should also have comprehensive experience in applying the InVision Enterprise WFM.
