Basic Training - Using the AutoScheduler
The InVision Basic Training - AutoScheduler is designed to familiarize participants with all essential functions of the InVision Enterprise WFM.

Training objective
Once you have completed the training, you will be proficient in using the InVision Enterprise WFM and more specifically the AutoScheduler to carry out an automated scheduling process.
Content
Training begins with introducing the general approach of the InVision Enterprise WFM and the special qualities of the AutoScheduler. In addition, you will learn what basic conditions have to be met to guarantee future successful scheduling. Apart from a theoretical presentation, a hands-on scheduling process will take us through the following modules:

- Discussion of basic steps required to perform a forecast
- Forecasting scenario: calculation of employee requirement

- Shift Center: how to successfully handle the day-to-day management

Infothek Interactive Schedule
- General functions of the Infothek; distribution of employee schedules
- How to schedule days off and other absences
OnlineCockpit
- Comparison of forecasted and actual values; evaluation of scheduling results
- How to make the most of monitoring by meeting your current demands
Reports
- How to select the parameters to display and process reports

This basic training is designed to suit all those who have just begun using the InVision Enterprise WFM and who have decided to use the AutoScheduler.
Prerequisites
No specialized previous knowledge or experience is required to take part.
