The InVision Advanced Training - AutoScheduler is designed to provide participants with the ability to efficiently leverage all functions of the AutoScheduler.
Modules
Training objective
Once you have completed the training, you will be capable of using the AutoScheduler to create schedules in a fully automated manner and to adjust the workflow to better meet your individual needs.
Content
You will learn how to enter relevant master data and scheduling parameters into the InVision Enterprise WFM in such a way as to meet your business needs. Apart from a theoretical presentation, a hands-on scheduling process will take us through the following modules:
AdminPro
- Defining and managing the week time patterns and work time pattern models necessary for the AutoScheduler module
- Creating consistent contract parameters
- How to tailor the scheduling rules and the settings to the AutoScheduler’s automated scheduling process
AutoScheduler
- How to handle the AutoScheduler’s functions
- How to schedule while taking into account the current staff demand
- Evaluation and optimization of the scheduling results
Reports
- How to select and evaluate scheduling reports

The advanced InVision AutoScheduler training is designed to suit the needs of workforce managers, supervisors, and schedulers.
Prerequisites
In order to participate, you must have completed the InVision basic training. You should also have comprehensive experience in applying the InVision Enterprise WFM.
