Optimised allocation of workplaces

The Desk Manager module optimises the utilisation of workstations and minimises the distance between workstations when employees have to change location within a shift.

Skills, preferences, shifts, activities and working regulations are all taken into consideration during the administration of offices, floors, buildings and complete locations. This enables an optimised utilisation of the facilities as well as fulfilling employee preferences.

Desk Manager can also ensure that no employee requirement is generated that is in excess of the available workstation capacity.
