The InVision Advanced Training - OnlineCockpit & Reports is designed for participants to learn how to evaluate scheduling results to meet current business demands.
Training objective
After you have completed the training, you will be able to use the OnlineCockpit to compare forecasted and actual figures, create files and perform a monitoring process. In addition, you will be able to select, interpret and process reports.
Content
During the OnlineCockpit & Reports training, you will get to know the functions of the OnlineCockpit module as well as all available reports. You will be familiarized with the following processes and modules:

OnlineCockpit
- General function and benefits of the OnlineCockpit module
- How your organization’s structure is reflected in the module
- Graphical display and comparison of historical, current and future data
- How to choose the diagram type that best suits your needs
- Evaluation and optimization of your scheduling process
- How to set up a regular monitoring process
- How to export selected data for further processing
Reports
- How to select the right parameters to display useful reports
- Evaluation and printing of reports; further processing

Prerequisites
To participate, you must have completed the InVision basic training. In addition, you should have gathered comprehensive experience in using the InVision Enterprise WFM.
