The InVision Advanced Training - CampaignPro is designed to familiarize participants with relevant preparatory measures and all essential functions of the CampaignPro module, and to illustrate their practical uses.

Training objective

Once you have completed the training, you will be capable of scheduling campaigns and to simulate their effect on regular scheduling efforts.

Content

Apart from a theoretical presentation, hands-on scenarios will give you an opportunity to become familiar with the following processes:

• Defining and managing master data to facilitate campaign scheduling

ForecastPro

• Defining campaign periods

CampaignPro

• Selecting and entering parameters for campaign models and channels
• Entering campaign data for individual planning units
• Calculation of the number of staff required to carry out a campaign
• Selection & evaluation of various key figures as to requirement and coverage
• Optimization of current campaigns

SchedulePro

• Shift Center: evaluation of calculated requirement and incorporation into the total scheduling context
• How to use the Job Optimization feature to integrate a campaign requirement into existing deployment schedules
• Optimization of the total requirement coverage

OnlineCockpit

• Evaluation of coverage values for individual campaigns

The InVision Advanced Training CampaignPro is designed to suit the needs of workforce managers, staff planners, and supervisors.

Prerequisites

To participate, you must have completed the InVision Basic Training. In addition , you should have gathered comprehensive experience in the application of the InVision Enterprise WFM.
