The InVision Advanced Training: AdherenceMonitor is designed to provide you with the knowledge and expertise you need to use all essential functions of the AdherenceMonitor module.

After you have completed the training, you will be able to monitor and control your employees’ adherence to schedule.

You will be familiarised with the following processes. Apart from a theoretical presentation, a hands-on scenario will take us through the following modules:

- How to configure of relevant settings
SchedulePro
- How to work with the various levels of the Shift Center
- How to react to real-time deviations from the schedule
- How to track employee workload versus capacity
Infothek TimeRecording
- How to register employee activities’ start and end time
- How employees register their current activities
AdherenceMonitor
- General approach of the AdherenceMonitor
- How to configure the tolerance times
- How to compare actual to scheduled acitivities
- How to view and assess the status overview and the list of deviations
Reports
- How to use relevant reports as a synopsis on schedule adherence

The InVision Advanced Training: AdherenceMonitor is designed to meet the needs of workforce managers, staff planners, and supervisors.
Prerequisites
In order to participate, you must have completed the InVision basic training. You should also have comprehensive experience in applying the InVision Enterprise WFM.
