The Shareholders’ Meeting of InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the leading international providers of enterprise-wide workforce management solutions, approved all agenda items without a single objection.
The resolution approval rates at the Shareholders’ Meeting, which was held in Düsseldorf, were consistently 100 percent.
The shareholders specifically approved a resolution to buyback the company’s shares in an amount representing up to 10 percent of the company’s registered share capital.
The Shareholders’ Meeting also granted the Executive Board the authority to redeem company shares without having again to obtain shareholder approval.
