Executive Board

Peter Bollenbeck (CEO)

Peter Bollenbeck

Peter Bollenbeck (*1973) started his career while still at school as a freelance software developer and consultant for staff scheduling, production control and management information systems. In 1992, he began studying Economic Sciences at the FernUniversitaet Hagen in parallel. In 1991, Peter formed pep/Systeme GbR together with Armand Zohari, a company specializing in the development and marketing of staff scheduling software. In 1993, he became involved in the formation of Dieter Thörmer Datentechnik GmbH. The company's fields of business included process visualization for bakeries and staff scheduling. In 1995, Peter Bollenbeck, Armand Zohari and Matthias Schroer formed InVision Software.

As CEO, Peter Bollenbeck is responsible for strategy, corporate finance, sales, and professional services.

Matthias Schroer (CTO)

Matthias Schroer

Matthias Schroer (*1967), studied Electrotechnology in Bochum. His career began in 1987 while still studying, as a programmer and software developer on various scientific projects in the areas of medicine and electrotechnology. In 1988, Matthias formed MASC Datensysteme GbR together with Armand Zohari. Here, he developed a multi-user management information system for commercial bakeries. From 1989 to 1992, Matthias supervised diverse software development projects on a freelance basis, such as the installation of Unix systems for the customer-specific adaptation of a goods management solution and the development of a system for contact-free temperature measurement, the use of themography in industry and the adaptation of thermography software under MS Windows. In 1993, Matthias worked on an EC project for the installation and operation of a Unix-based mailbox at the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture in Budapest. In the same year, he supported pep/Systeme GbR in the development of a software product for staff scheduling. In 1995, Matthias Schroer, Peter Bollenbeck and Armand Zohari formed InVision Software.

As CTO, Matthias Schroer is responsible for research & development.

Supervisory Board

Dr. Thomas Hermes (Chair of Supervisory Board)

Thomas Hermes holds a doctorate degree from law school and works as an attorney and notary. He is partner in the law firm Holthoff-Pförtner, based in Essen and Berlin, where he specialises in private law with a particular focus on corporate law.

Since 2002, Thomas Hermes has held the office of chair of the InVision AG supervisory board.

Dr. Christof Nesemeier (Member of Supervisory Board)

Christof Nesemeier has been the managing director of MBB Capital GmbH since 1997. MBB Capital is a holding company that focusses on the acquisition and subsequent development of medium-sized companies in Germany. Nesemeier is mainly concerned with strategic re-orientation of the affiliated companies, relationships to the various interest groups, and optimisation of the cash and cost management.

Nesemeier has obtained an MBA from the University of Münster, where he focused on corporate financing and marketing. Subsequently he obtained a ph.D. from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland, with a thesis on the subject of International Benchmarking.

Until 1997, he worked for Bossard Consultants GmbH as a management consultant, directing an international company sector and contributing to management. Among other areas, he was responsible for several restructuring projects concerning companies with a staff of up to 30,000.
Since August 2004, Christof Nesemeier has been a member of the InVision supervisory board.

Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Mülder (Member of Supervisory Board)

Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Mülder (Member of Supervisory Board)
Since 1991, Wilhelm Mülder has been a professor of commercial IT at the Niederrhein University, department of economics. His research and tuition focus is on computer-aided human resources work, selection of standard application software, electronic business and computer-integrated marketing.

Previously, Mülder held positions with two software companies, where he was concerned with development and consultation regarding standard application software for business administration, especially for human resources and corporate data compilation. Most recently, he became the head of the development and consultation department “Systems for Human Resources”, which has a staff of 18.

Mülder is chair of the panel "Information Technology in Human Resources" within the Bonn-based IT society "Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI)".

Many of his papers on computer-aided human resources work have been published.

Prof. Dr. Mülder has been a member of the InVison supervisory board since 2002.
