Advanced Training - Infothek Interactive Schedule

This training programme provides a detailed insight into the module's scope and focusses on its interactive potential.

Training objective

Once you have completed the training, you will be able to take advantage of each individual Infothek feature and thus to manage requests for shifts, days off and other absences.

Content

We shall start by presenting general information about requirement-oriented scheduling and the Infothek’s significance in this context. In order to understand how to best take into account individual employee requests while scheduling, you will be familiarised with the general approach and practise the following processes:

  • General structure and functions of the Infothek Interactive Schedule
  • How to log in, select a language and change your password
  • How to enter shift requests strategically
  • Entering and changing requests for absences, days off
  • Entering requests for shift trades
  • How to view your own working hours
  • How to use the “My Calendar” section and the Shift Exchange feature
  • How to select relevant reports; printing and e-mailing reports

Target Audience

The training is geared to all InVision Enterprise WFM users and those expected to introduce co-workers to the system.

Prerequisites

To participate in the Infothek Interactive Schedule advanced training programme, no specialised knowledge or experience is required.

However, your InVision Enterprise WFM should be implemented and ready for everyday application prior to participation.

1 day (one training unit takes about 2-3 hours)
