InVision Software AG: Sales and Earnings Forecast for Fiscal Year 2009 Adjusted
AD-HOC NOTICE PURSUANT TO § 15 WpHG
Ratingen (Germany), 28th December 2009 – InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the leading international providers of solutions for enterprise-wide workforce management, is now forecasting a lower than expected growth in sales and an EBIT below expectations. For fiscal year 2009, the Executive Board is now forecasting sales of approximately EUR 13 million and an EBIT of EUR -4 to -5 million. In the previous year, sales amounted to EUR 11.9 million and EBIT was EUR -8.9 million.
The forecast has been revised because of unexpected delays in some larger sales projects, leading to lower licence revenues than originally forecasted for 2009.
