Finaref Chooses InVision
Successful Business Transaction in France
The commercial bank, Finaref ( www.finaref.fr ) has chosen InVision’s staff planning system, in order to plan its staff more efficiently. Finaref is InVison Software’s first customer from the financial services branch in France, and will enable InVision to increase its profile on the French market.
The installation of the software is already complete, so that from now on, staff schedules for a total of 500 employees will be created using InVision’s workforce management solution. In Finaref’s customer service centers, six million calls and more than 12 million written enquiries are processed every year. Finaref specializes in insurance and consumer credit, and is the leading provider of customer credit cards in its field. More than eight million owners of private customer cards from mail/online order companies such as Printemps, La Redoute, Rushcollection, and Fnac are cared for by Finaref.
Finaref, former subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA, was taken over by the Pinault Printemps Redoute (PPR) group in December 2002. As financial service provider to the commercial companies belonging to the group, Finaref is responsible for the administration of almost 12 million credit accounts and 3.5 million insurance policies. Finaref employs 1500 people across Europe.
